Currently a fixed bias vector model between the IGS and IVS points (IGS - IVS bias vector: [92.3838, 4.9813, 49.1096] [m]) is assumed. This model will be updated regularly by the results of post-seismic geodetic VLBI campaign. One-sigma position accuracy of each component seems to be about a few centimeters.

Misasa 54 m antenna has a DSN station id of DSS-30. Approximate position of the Misasa 54 m antenna was measured from the IGS refeference antennas at Usuda and Misasa with Total Station on September 6, 2019. Although the 1-sigma accuracy of the measurement was a few millimeter levels, repeatability is unknown because measurements have only been taken once. Therefore 5 cm of formal error is assumed when it is used for the other analysis. Geodetic coorinates (GRS80) of the antenna refference point and the height above EGM96 geoid at the epoch of 2021.0 are as follows:
Latitude (GRS80) 36.1409845055556°N (36° 8' 27.54" N)
Longitude (GRS80) 138.352128069444°E (138° 21' 7.66" E)
Ellipsoidal height (GRS80) 1656.0159 [m]
Orthometric height (height above EGM96 geoid) 1613.4029 [m]
Geoid height (= Ellipsoidal height - Orthometric height) 42.613 [m]
The height of the weather station at Misasa is 30.5 meter lower than that of the reference point of the Misasa 54 m antenna. Barometric pressure shall be calibrated by the user of the weather data from Misasa. Downlink horizon mask for Misasa 54m antenna: Misasa_horizon_mask.xls.
